Hello, my name is Sandra Caldera and today I am here to tell you about my relationship with Fernando Gaviria as my first coach.
I met Fernando and started training with him when he came to Florida in '94, and he was my trainer until 2003 when he moved to California.
I always followed Fernando's advice and he always pushed me to the max, he made me believe I could do it, and since then I continue the discipline of taking care of what I eat and training.
We've always had a long-distance friendship, and for me, Fernando is excellent at what he does.
I've had the best results and best experience overall, I highly recommend him.
